Step one
Pick the examination and a time that suits you, then pay the deposit to secure it — £150 for each person being examined, so £300 for a couples test. We will ring you afterwards to confirm which office is easiest for you to get to.
Before you book
The examination is voluntary. The person being tested must agree freely and can stop at any point. Please do not book on someone else’s behalf without speaking to them first.
Some conditions and medications prevent a valid examination. It is far better to raise this when you book than to travel to an appointment that cannot go ahead.
Confirmation and reminder emails come from “Sheffield Lie Detector Test” and never state what the appointment is for — only the date and time. The charge on your statement is deliberately discreet too.
Our main office is in Sheffield, and we also examine in Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Barnsley, York and Derby. Book any slot that suits you and we will agree the location when we ring.
A non-refundable booking fee of £150 per examinee is paid here and secures your slot — £150 for a single test, £300 for a couples test. The balance is £340 for a single test or £390 for a couples test. We email you a secure payment link, and it must reach us no later than 48 hours before the appointment — the booking is not confirmed until it has. Booking within 24 hours of the examination? The full amount is payable up front.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never reaches this website and we never see or store it.
